Food was great, but they recently increased the price of the Ikura by like $3.50 and the quality of that specific item has gone down in conjunction. Less roe and the past two times were lower quality. Not sure what's going on there but good otherwise

My pick-up order was over an hour late b/c the restaurant missed the ticket and instead of apologizing, the owner said that I had the wrong phone number(which wasn’t true) after showing the order #.

Sakamoto always has great sushi and is why we always order from them. This time the sushi was better than ever, possibly the best sushi I've ever had. Everything was perfect!
Rolls were extremely small. Not worth the cost.

Food was ice cold. Showed up 10 minutes early too. No updates to when it was done or ready. Clearly was sitting on takeout table for a LONG time
Ordered brown rice with one of the hibachi chicken and they gave me white rice and changed the bill.
It’s took almost an hour to get 3 rolls and fried rice. And the lady working the front desk was rude and dismissive. I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it’s always this way.
All the sushi was great as usual, however I’m a little a disappointed they forgot my veggie egg rolls. Normally my order is always complete here.

Best sushi I’ve found in 15mi radius of Yorkville. Pick-up hostess asked for my name and number, and stopped communicating with me after that. Waitstaff wears masks below noses. Scrambles with p/u.
It took over an hour to deliver. I called and they didn’t know it had left or not and they sent the wrong roll
ASAP meant an hour later... being told it would only be a few more minutes several times.

Ordered Salmon received steak. They called and said I could come back and swap the meal, but at that time I was already home. A credit or discount on my next order would have been appreciated

Missing a salad, and an odd hard bit in with the zucchini. Some chicken pieces didn't seem as well cooked as others, on the same plate.
The food is good. The owner/managers customer service needs to step it up a bit. Just not very friendly.

I ordered three different ordered of Godzilla. They put them all In one box and the portion for 3 orders was so small. Lazy and cheap. Not happy.
